Creole Sauce

SUGGESTED USES: fish loaf, baked or broiled fish, liver
1/4 c butter or margarine |
1/2 c minced onion |
1 garlic clove |
1/2 c chopped green pepper |
2 c cooked or canned tomatoes |
1 tsp salt |
- Melt butter in saucepan; saute onions, garlic and pepper.
- Remove garlic and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer 15 minutes.
- YIELD: 2 cups
